Marketing Plan Assessment

Marketing can feel like a candy store – so many options!
But when you can only buy a few pieces of “candy” – how do you choose?

You enter the marketing “candy” store, a wonderful place with television advertising over here, YouTube viral videos over there, product placement in a top-rated television show right in front of you.  You see a locked showcase with the Holy Grail of marketing  – Super Bowl ads – and a bargain bin with phone book display ads.  So many great options to choose from.

As you navigate the aisles, wonderful people greet you and tell you how they believe you should market your goods or services.  You want it all!  If you do all of it – it will absolutely work.

Your currency to participate is resources – both time and money.  That’s where you slow down.  You cannot “buy” all that marketing has to offer.  You have to make choices.  You don’t want to waste your resources.  You don’t want to make the wrong choice.  The wrong choice may mean lost opportunity.

As a do-it-yourself marketer, consider spending time reviewing your marketing plan with a marketing consultant before you reach into your resource wallet.  Decrease your learning curve and save money and time by working on the right projects with the right execution and messaging for your brand.

The consultants at Gillis Marketing have in-house and agency experience in advertising and marketing.  We will review your existing marketing and offer suggestions to integrate additional tools to enhance the existing programs.  We will discuss your marketing efforts and review your plan to determine how to achieve your goals.

Are you on Twitter because everyone said you should – but you aren’t really sure why?   What do you do to build followers on Facebook – and why?  Should you blog?  Why can’t you find your company on Google?  Should you run an ad in the local newspaper?  What is a “call to action?”

Call Gillis Marketing at 617-710-9957 or email solutions@gillismarketing.com to learn the answer to these or any other questions in relation to your marketing strategy!
